I am always looking for a relatively cheap, fast meal for my family. I found this recipe from Bob Evans food years ago. It is so simple to make sausage gravy and so tasty.

SAUSAGE GRAVY:

1 pound sausage (I use turkey sausage and it is delicious)

1/4 cup flour

2 cups milk

salt and pepper

1. Brown and crumble the sausage in a skillet.

2. Once it is cooked through, sprinkle in the flour and stir it around to coat the sausage.

3. Add in milk. Simmer for about 5 minutes, or until thickened.

4. Pour over your favorite biscuits (canned work great for this) and enjoy!
