Last night I was thinking about a fun Valentines Day treat that I could make. I wanted it to be a little bit on the healthier side, fun and simple. And since there aren’t kids old enough in my house to eat the left overs, I didn’t want anything too big either. I came across a recipe for a cheesecake fruit dip in a free recipe book I got walking out of Costco one day. Four ingredients, 5 minutes to make the whole thing, and its fun! Talk about a Valentines bingo! I thought this might be a fun switch from chocolate covered strawberries too.
